All courses available on this site are digital products delivered immediately after purchase in the form of online access. Once access to the course is granted, it is considered a non-tangible, irrevocable product.
If you wish to cancel your course purchase before accessing any of the course content, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at your registered email address.
Once the cancellation request is received and verified, a refund of the amount (excluding payment gateway charges) may be issued at our discretion.
After you have accessed the course content — including but not limited to logging into the course, starting lessons, or downloading materials — no refund is available. Access to the course will be revoked if a refund is approved.
If you access less than 10% of the course content within 24 hours and request cancellation, we may consider a refund at our discretion, which will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Once a refund is approved:
The refund will be made only to the original payment method used.
The refund process may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider processing times.
Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and admin charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Include your Order ID, Name, and Reason for Request.
